Thanks to our mix of technologies and avant-garde Software, Printers and Cutting equipment we are able to offer a product that is equal in quality to those that are made with coupled offset without the cost of a print and punch master, but with an incredible flexibility in production and personalization.

Software

We assist our customers in planning solutions, giving form to their ideas and offering support in the designing phase of the project, and plotting the final outcome with functionality and flexibility in order to obtain the best result.

P-ONE uses the avant-garde software of Esko Artioscad. This software allows for a virtual 3D creation of the project, which really brings to life ideas and wants of the customer, which are very appreciated.

Printing

We offer the greatest versatility and quality in the printing of all types of cardboard; corrugated, straight board, open wave board, expanded, coupled, polypropylene, sheet metal, sandwich panels, wood, PVC, ect. thanks to the digital technology of the most advanced printer in the market: the digital printer Durst Rho Pack 700.

The Durst Rho Pack 700 has the capacity to work automatically on all types of cardboard and a variety of panels, with a printing width of 2 meters and a thickness of 4 cm and in high resolution. It also offers the possibility of printing simultaneously a white background, all four colour printed image and the glossy cover.

Cutting and Materials

We give shape to packaging, cardboard displays and other products thanks to our automated cutting machines and advanced software.

Thanks to the cutting plotter from Esko Kongsberg we are able to work with a wide range of materials:

  • All types of corrugated cardboard
  • Rigid materials for permanent exhibits, among which is MDF, chipboard, acrylic, and materials composed of aluminium (Dibond)
  • Forex®/Sintra® ect.
  • Kapa, Laminil
  • PVC and alveolar polypropylene
  • Coupled panels and foam materials
